Updating old addresses
You are required to produce documentary evidence that is addressed to the full name of the NRIC holder at the new address before your IC can be updated with your new address.
It also includes personal information about you including your name, birthday, current and previous employers, and current and previous addresses.Be sure to review the rest of your credit report thoroughly for accounts that aren't yours.And, check your credit statements for unauthorized charges.It could raise a red flag if you report living at addresses that don't show on your credit report.You don't have to worry about giving the credit bureaus your current address.
Search for updating old addresses:
Upon successful verification, the old address will be obliterated by cutting grooves across it by using a special metal inscriber. A sticker showing the new address would then be printed and pasted onto your existing IC.
